Samaritans365 Return/Exchange Policy
When you’re happy, we’re happy. Thank you for your purchase and contribution to the Kindness movement! We stand behind the quality of products that we sell and we sincerely hope that you enjoy your purchase. Inquiries regarding exchanges can be directed to: firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not provide refunds; however, we can expedite any necessary exchange with a few simple steps.
- All exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt. (With the exception of customized orders, as all sales are FINAL on personalized merchandise)
- Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in good condition.
- In the case of damaged merchandise, please e-mail a description as well as photographs if desired to email@example.com
- For standard (non-customized) Samaritans365 club shirts and/or Kindness matters merchandise, exchanges can be made within 30 days of initial purchase.
- Kindly e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org including your name, Club Ambassador name (if applicable), size ordered, and size desired. If there are multiple items, we can provide an exchange form via e-mail for your ease and convenience.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returns / exchanges.

Did you receive a Kindness Matters gift and need a different size? No worries, just send us an email at email@example.com. We’ll help you send back your merchandise in accordance with the terms of this return policy and issue you a credit for exchange.
